Questions, answered
Do you offer pricing for large conferences?
Yes. Orders of 100–199 guests receive volume pricing, 200–499 guests receive large conference pricing, and 500+ guest events and multi-day programs are custom priced.
How far ahead should we order conference catering?
We recommend 48 hours’ advance notice for standard orders. Large conferences and orders of 100 or more guests should be placed as early as possible, and final guest counts are due 48 hours before your event unless otherwise stated.
Can you staff our conference?
Yes. Conference attendants and bartenders are $75 per hour, and a shift lead or captain is $100 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum per staff member.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free selections are available, and dietary meals can be individually packaged and labeled when requested in advance.
